About the UpSkill Program
The objective of the program is to develop your talent in the best way possible and provide insight into our operations and Business Units. It is a one-year program with a work assignment, and you will work on a project throughout your placement. The program is tailored to your background and the Business Unit’s competence needs. As a trainee you will attend regular training and social gatherings where the trainee group meets to acquire new skills and share experiences. Upon completion of the program you will be offered a permanent position in the department where you will continue to work in a new position.
The Upskill trainee program was initiated in February 2021 for the first time and nine trainees have joined the company in different business units, countries and roles.
Who are we looking for?
You should be a recent graduate with a degree in a relevant discipline and a strong academic track record which has not worked for more than one year (excluding internships). You should have fluent spoken and written English and ideally very good knowledge of another foreign language. You should have strong communication skills, a high level of initiative, willingness to embrace change and the capacity for critical reflection. You should also be able to work well in a team and have an interest in innovation and digitalisation.
