Gunnebo Group has entered into an agreement for Gunnebo Entrance Control to become part of ASSA ABLOY, a global leader in access solutions, positioning the business for its next phase of growth and innovation.
The agreement represents an important milestone for both Gunnebo Entrance Control and Gunnebo Safe Storage. By bringing together Gunnebo Entrance Control and ASSA ABLOY, two highly complementary leaders in entrance control and access solutions will combine their expertise, technologies and market capabilities to create new opportunities for customers, employees and partners.
